If one comes down
Most balloons go up and stay up. When something is not right, pick what happened and we will tell you the quickest fix.
The balloon will not stay inflated
First check that the valve is flat and the straw came out cleanly. Top it up and press the valve between two fingers. If it still sinks within the hour, start a return from your order history with the store.
It arrived damaged
Take a photo of the item and the packaging, then open the order with the store and choose the damaged item option. They will offer a replacement or a refund.
I ordered the wrong number or character
Unopened items can usually be returned within the store's return window. Start the return from your order history and reorder the right one.
A part is missing from a set
Compare the contents with the listing. If something is missing, report it through the order page and tell us too, so we can check the batch.
I changed my mind
The store's standard return policy applies. The return window and any conditions are shown on your order.

Good to know. Returns and refunds are always processed by the store where you checked out, under its return policy. Inflated balloons are generally treated as used, so check the pack before you fill it.
