    Skye is the pup who flies, so a balloon suits her better than most. Ours measures about 32 inches, which makes her a proper guest of honor and not a table trimming. Tie her near the door and she is the first thing the birthday child sees.

    She comes to you flat, with no air or helium inside. Fill her through the automatic sealing valve and she closes up by herself. Helium sends her toward the ceiling; plain air keeps her on the wall. Either way, she also makes a nice surprise gift.
