    Why we make it

If your house runs on Blippi songs, the party probably should too. We made this foil balloon in his shape at about 29 inches, so the guest of honor has a very recognizable friend waiting when they come downstairs.

Like the rest of our character balloons it ships flat and uninflated. Filling takes a moment because the valve seals without help. Tape him up with air at toddler height, or use helium so he floats above the high chair.

      Balloon was great.

I was so excited for my son to see his balloon on his birthday. It was a good balloon, no issues. My issue was I went to Party City to fill it up and didn’t check the tie, walked outside with it and the tie came loose and it flew away. I was so bummed.
