    Why we make it

Everybody has a favorite Teletubby, and for plenty of small people it is the big purple one. Our Tinky Winky is a shaped foil balloon of about 32 inches, wide-armed and ready for the kind of hug that balloons can just about survive.

He is one of four. Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po are made as well if you want the full hillside. This balloon lands flat, seals itself after filling, and takes air for a spot on the wall or helium for a float over the party.
